About The Bees

The Bees (known in United States as A Band of Bees) are an English indie rock band from Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. They have released 2 albums, the Mercury Prize-nominated Sunshine, Hit Me (2002) and Free the Bees (2004). The band consists of Paul Butler (singer and guitarist), Aaron Fletcher (lead guitar), Kris Birkin (bass guitar), Michael Clevett (drums), Tim Parkin (trumpet) and Warran Hampshire (hammond organ).
