Timbaland, also known as Thomas Crown (born Timothy Z. Mosley in Norfolk, Virginia on March 10, 1971), is an American hip hop and R&B record producer and rapper whose style influenced both genres even helping to blur the distinction between the two, as well as Pop and Dance music. With partner Magoo, he is a member of hip-hop group Timbaland & Magoo.
