About Hot Chip

Hot Chip are a British electro-pop band, who have been described as "the bedroom Neptunes". Their debut album, Coming On Strong, was released in 2004. Band member Al Doyle comes from Leeds and the others are from London. The band have played many live shows, including appearances at Glastonbury, Sónar, Benicassim, Electric Picnic, Bestival, the Reading and Leeds Festivals and the Summer Sundae festival, in 2005 and/or 2006, and have played several North American, European and UK tours over the last three years. Hot Chip have announced their third album will be titled Made In The Dark and is set to come out in early 2008.

The electro group- whose last album The Warning spawned the massive singe Over And Over- say the new LP is already finished.

Made In The Dark will contain 13 tracks including Shake A Fist and Ready For The Floor.
