I saw Ryan Adams play a solo acoustic gig here early in 2006. It was all seating and there was a no-smoking policy for everyone except Mr. Adams of course! Great venue for this type of gig, fantastic acoustics and from what I could tell no matter where you were seated you could get a good view of the stage.

Ryan was a little chemically challenged when he took to the stage. He came on painfully shy and sat at the piano which was facing the side of the stage and started to play several new tracks. He played a two hour set only stopping (through guilt) to allow smokers amongst the crowd a cigarette break outside as he had been freely smoking all evening. In return he promised to play for longer to make it up to the non-smokers. Adams held the audience spellbound and silent throughout each track and his endeering stage banter between tracks was nothing short of hilarious. An amazing show and a top venue for it
